We only purchase buildings in a good state of repair, with no rust or structural issues. We then use tradesmen and suppliers local to Emerald to help us renovate, refurbish and fit out the buildings with quality fixtures and fittings including cabinetry, hot water system, air conditioning, shower stall and more.
